I’m a political scientist, consultant, and results-oriented feminist. I believe in the power of communication to transform realities, and in building spaces where sensitivity and critical thinking meet to transform realities.
My purpose? To promote equity, safeguard the well-being of all identities, and build bridges toward a more just, free, and livable future.
I support institutions, teams, and individuals in the creation, review, and implementation of inclusive policies, projects, and practices. I work from a critical, situated methodology with real impact.
Consulting with a gender, diversity, and inclusion perspective.
Design and review of institutional policies with a human rights and inclusive policies approach.
Protection and safeguarding strategies in educational, artistic, and corporate settings.
Impact monitoring and evaluation of equality programs and policies.
I work with collaborative methodologies, a results-based approach, and a feminist perspective, designing strategies that seek to transform practices from an inclusive and critical perspective.
Each process is unique. That's why we co-create together the strategies your space needs.
I designed and facilitated talks, workshops, and training sessions in participatory, dynamic, and critical learning spaces.
Frequently discussed topics:
Gender and sexualities
Human rights

Each experience is tailored to the audience, context, and goals of the conveners. Learning is also a political act.
Diagnostics, monitoring, and qualitative and/or quantitative evaluations of projects, policies, and programs related to gender, diversity, protection, and human rights.
Through participatory methodologies adapted to the context, to produce reliable information, generate collective learning, and formulate sustainable and scalable recommendations.
My words are not neutral, nor do they intend to be. They are tools, refuge, and provocation.
Thank you for trusting in this accompaniment which, when carried out with commitment and perspective, leaves a lasting mark.
I met Yohana in academic spaces, where she already stood out for her critical perspective, conceptual rigor, and sustained commitment to a feminist and popular agenda. Over time, I also had the privilege of receiving her guidance in thinking about how to build an ImpLab that not only declares a gendered and intersectional perspective, but actually practices it in the way it works, designs, and builds relationships.
Her accompaniment was key to unsettling certain certainties, revisiting institutional decisions, and opening urgent questions around care, power, and representation.
Yohana doesn’t impose, she proposes. She listens, challenges, and shares from a place that is profoundly ethical and transformative. Working with her not only enriches methodologies; it compels you to rise to the occasion.

Yohi is the kind of person who goes above and beyond in everything she does. As a discussion leader in our Strategic Foresight Workshop, she used the Justice-Based Approach to help participants critically engage with issues of social justice while fostering an inclusive and non-judgmental learning space.
Her deep commitment to diversity, equality, and protection is reflected in the way she ensures that all voices are heard and valued. Yohi’s ability to balance deep analysis with a supportive and collaborative approach makes her an exceptional leader.
If you are looking for someone who can challenge ideas, foster growth, and lead with an unwavering commitment to social justice, Yohi is without a doubt the ideal person for your team.

We are members of AMADH, an organization that brings together individuals in situations of prostitution and human trafficking. Here, we offer workshops and provide support to women who are experiencing violence. Since 2011, we have had an adult education center that we attend.
We are grown women; we study and continue to learn. We are grateful for Yohana; she came to give workshops on gender-based violence that were very important. We learned a great deal about this type of violence, about discrimination, and about the importance of empathy. She shared many things we didn’t know, and we hope she will come back to visit us again with much love.

My name is Denise, and I was the Co-Coordinator with Yohi at the Observatory of Women and Diversities of the Center for International Policy Studies at the University of Buenos Aires; although that was simply the realization of a friendship and professional bond that was forged during our time together as classmates in college.
Together, we created an academic space, which was the Observatory, because we both saw the need for a forum that would allow us to advance our research within the discipline of international relations, but with a gender perspective.
Yohi has a spirit that motivates and empowers you; she’s attentive to every detail. Supporting, teaching, but also learning from collaborative work, from teamwork, and from working among women. She taught me that it is from diversity that we do, build, and transform.
